Develop your character, get smarter, sculpt your physique, enjoy your woman and achieve financial independence. Pursue Virtue, Excellence and Quality. Carry yourself with energy and verve. Become the very best you can be. Live each day with POWER. In other words, become a Force of Nature. This is the core philosophy here at BFN.
Focus on yourself and put yourself first; not to be selfish, but to the contrary. Make it a justification for every heart beat and every breath you take. Make it an expression of pure gratitude for all that is good and for all of those you love.
Your Life’s Destiny, your reason for being, is to develop your innate potential despite all of the chaos you will encounter. You have been placed on this earth to face challenges and face them you will. So you will face them as man should by always putting forth your best and always striving to become better.
By pursuing Virtue, Excellence and Quality each day, the magic of compounding will eventually begin to manifest itself. You will excel in your endeavors and all of those closest to you will benefit. And by extension, so will the rest of the world.
Imagine if every man did so. Certainly mistakes would still occur and we’d be far from perfection. But there’s no question the world would be a much better place. So you will do your part and focus on what you can control. You will focus on you and lead by example.
And you will set that example by outworking, outlasting and outthinking them all. Life is also a competition in many respects and if your goal is to pull away from the norm then you had better Be Willing To Do What Most Men Won’t.
We are not playing games here and this isn’t a contest, so Be Your Own Man. But you had better commit to put the work in; and put the work in at a higher level than other men, both in terms of effort, consistency and smarts. If you wish to break away from the norm you are going to have to do more than the norm; much more.
Discipline, Perseverance and Dynamism are the keys to your success. You don’t need to be a genius or blessed with any other special talent. Instead you need to Play the Long Game with a sense of urgency and be more disciplined, more consistent and more dynamic than the rest.
Starting tomorrow, step boldly into your future and create a gap between you and the other 95% of the population out there running around every day. And then work your ass off to maintain that gap over time and allow it to compound. Make it a way of life. Make it a matter of pride. Make it your code.
Most of what you need to do is not that complicated. You know what is required in order to excel. With a little imagination, some guts and some hardcore effort you can become twice the man you are today in no time.
It’s this slight gap held on to over time which will make the difference. It’s all the little things done at a higher level each and every day, combined with some dynamic adjustments when necessary that will create the separation you’re looking for. This is what will allow you to pull away from the rest.

For me, this is going all out. I consider my life to be on the line each day. And there’s nothing stopping you from doing the same or similar—nothing. Start with one thing that appeals to you, nail it down as the new normal and then continue to raise the standard and evolve.
Begin with discipline. Challenge yourself and set the bar at a high level. Choose the hard path and then dig in like your life depended on it. Decide ahead of time never to let life trick you out of your decision—as a matter of principle you will hold the line, with your cold dead hands if necessary.
You will not let difficult circumstances, nor other people knock you off stride. And if by chance you are blindsided, then get right back up and continue on your merry stubborn way. After all, you made a man’s decision with due consideration about what was absolutely necessary and you will not be deterred—period.
Even if you get tired or bored or fed up; even if you forget why you started; and even if it gets extremely difficult and nasty, you will continue. Discipline is the trigger that will keep you moving. Discipline will make certain you take Right Action every day.
Become and embody cold-hard-gleaming-stainless-steel discipline.
Make Discipline your code. And then take that code bathe it in the molten iron of Perseverance.
Keep the heat on. Don’t just take the hard path, jumping on and off as it suits you. Become relentless. Overwhelm your circumstances with radical consistency. Never stop and never quit.
It’s one thing to set the gap and then go hardcore for a while. It’s another to set the gap, go hardcore and then continue simply as a matter of principle; to continue on pure guts and old fashioned backbone.
Will you continue once the luster is gone, when no one else is looking and when the only reason you can think of to continue is to not bloody stop?
Only you can answer that question.
So you will be disciplined and you will persevere. Good. Let’s call the combination of those two characteristics becoming indomitable. Being disciplined and persevering to the point where you begin to overwhelm your circumstances is a good definition for indomitable.
So you are now an indomitable man with a force of purpose, but you can still get better. You can get better and take it to a higher level by becoming dynamic in nature.
Always adapt and learn. Continuously sharpen your axe, as it is said. Maintain your Life Mission and core principles, but evolve. Get smarter. Become more efficient. And if necessary, reinvent yourself. Add a measure of intelligence and elegance to your character by adding some suppleness.
Just remember to never use Dynamism as an excuse to give up on a worthy pursuit, but only to raise your expectations.
As you continue to develop and harden yourself like heat treated metal, new ideas, opportunities and possibilities will certainly present themselves. Perhaps your original ideal has now become too limiting. Or perhaps new information has come to light which will lead to a better path.
As long as your Trajectory continues upward, evolving as man is a good thing. Being open to opportunity and being willing to change can lead you to unforeseen possibilities. This is where the true leverage is. This is where the magic can happen. But the underlying foundation to Dynamism must be Discipline and Perseverance. For without these two principles, Dynamism will simply lead to folly.
So resolve then to become a triple threat and Be Willing to Do What Most Men Won’t.
Commit to Discipline, Perseverance and Dynamism like your life depended on it.
Create your gap, Play the Long Game and keep evolving as you go.
And then enjoy the compounding effects as you overwhelm your circumstances and begin to bend reality in your favor.
All the best,
